CREATOR ENROLLMENT & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT**

1. Purpose of This Agreement

OG Streams Talent Agency (“Agency”) provides coaching, mentorship, education, resources, branding support, and revenue opportunities for creators on OG Streams and other live-streaming platforms. This agreement outlines the terms under which the Creator participates in the Agency’s training system, programs, tools, and promotional opportunities.

This is not a restrictive representation contract. It is a growth-focused enrollment agreement designed to support the Creator’s development and long-term independence.

2. Non-Exclusive Relationship

The Creator is not bound exclusively to OG Streams Talent Agency.

The Creator may:

• Work with other agencies.

• Collaborate with outside brands.

• Pursue independent opportunities.

• Leave at any time under the terms in Section 10.

The Agency’s role is to guide, support, elevate, and prepare creators for their next level, whether that means staying, expanding, or graduating into other opportunities.

3. Services the Agency Provides

The Agency agrees to provide the Creator with access to:

• Live-streaming education and training

• Branding and personal image development

• Monetization coaching

• Audience-building strategies

• Content planning guidance

• Access to community, events, and workshops

• Optional revenue-earning opportunities

• Mentorship and feedback

• Platform-specific education (OG Streams)

• Growth challenges, missions, and assignments

• Optional 1:1 coaching sessions

The Agency may also provide brand deal opportunities, collaborative events, creator features, and additional perks at its discretion.

4. Creator Responsibilities

The Creator agrees to:

• Participate in training and guidance offered.

• Maintain consistent communication with their assigned mentor or agency contact.

• Follow platform rules and terms of service on OG Streams.

• Maintain professional conduct in all Agency-related spaces.

• Uphold the OG Streams brand standards when representing the Agency.

• Submit accurate information for payouts, verification, and opportunities.

5. Revenue & Commission Structure

The Agency does not take commission on a Creator’s personal OG Streams earnings unless the income was directly generated through agency-driven events or opportunities.

Commission applies ONLY to:

• Agency-organized events

• Agency-secured brand deals

• Agency-generated sponsorships

• Projects directly facilitated by the Agency

Commission Rate: 20% on Agency-generated opportunities
Commission Rate on Creator’s Independent Income: 0%

This structure empowers creators to build, earn, and grow independently while still benefiting from Agency support.

6. Educational Program & Performance

Since OG Streams Talent Agency operates as a hybrid agency/academy, the Creator understands that:

• Results depend on the Creator’s effort, consistency, and participation.

• The Agency does not guarantee specific earnings, follower counts, or outcomes.

• Participation in assignments or workshops may be required to unlock certain benefits.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information private, including:

• Agency training materials

• Internal chats or programs

• Creator personal information

• Strategy documents or financial info

Creators may share their own success stories, progress, and experiences publicly.

8. Behavior & Brand Standards

Creators must maintain respectful conduct within the OG Streams community. This includes:

• No harassment

• No hate speech

• No threats

• No defamation

• No exposing private information of others

• No damaging the Agency’s reputation intentionally

Professional and safety-based platform rules must be followed at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

The Creator retains ownership of all personal content created on OG Streams and other platforms.

The Agency retains ownership of:

• Training material

• Course content

• Branding assets

• Community resources

Creators may use Agency-provided tools for personal development but may not resell or distribute them.

10. Term & Termination

This is an open enrollment contract, with no fixed end date.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice via:

• Email

• Direct message

• Signed statement

Upon termination:

• Creator keeps all independently earned income

• Outstanding commissions (if applicable) must be settled

• Access to Agency private groups/resources may be revoked

11. Liability & Independent Status

The Creator operates as an independent contractor/independent creator, not an employee of OG Streams Talent Agency.

The Agency is not responsible for:

• Platform outages

• Creator behavior

• Creator’s personal choices

• Earnings not generated through the Agency

• Taxes owed by the Creator

12. Agreement Acknowledgment

Both parties agree that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Enrollment & Participation Agreement.
